This is the perfect street blower kit for your hot rod. It uses small diameter rotors in our new cast case 8-71 blower. It will produce 5-7 PSI boost on your 454 or 502 BB Chevy with our standard drive ratio. The small diameter 3 lobe helical rotors will produce quicker boost with more low to mid range torque than a traditional large bore 8-71 blower being under driven. The increased rotor speed also provides a better signal to the carburetor for better throttle response for that "Tire smoking power" driving stop light to stop light.
