Manifolds, Intercoolers & Accessories

This manifold is designed to fit SB Chevy 23 deg Heads and is 5.475" tall.  It has a raised floor with large radius on ports for better air flow, increased performance, and more even fuel distribution.  The manifold has a provision for thermostat but does not include thermostat or thermostat housing.  It is also machined for water 3/8" pipe fittings front and 1/2" pipe fittings rear, and 1/8" pipe for boost guage. Ports are cleaned up on CNC machine for a 1205 gaskets, but has extra material above port to allow porting for a 1206 gasket. The manifold has an addition .150" of material above the ports than most of our competitors manifolds to allow for ample sealing of 1206 gaskets (NO WELDING above the ports required on our manifolds  for 1206 gaskets)

NOTE: Valve cover clearance may need to be machined for stock heads with larger lip above port for valve covers.
